Due to the nature of our products (downloadable digital files and content), all sales are final and non-refundable.
Once the product has been downloaded or accessed, you waive any right to cancellation or withdrawal, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws for digital content.

Exceptions

A refund may only be granted in the following cases:

• If the purchased product could not be delivered due to a technical issue caused by our platform.
• If you were accidentally charged twice for the same order.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at support@fasim.store and provide :

• Proof of purchase (order number, date, email address used).
• A clear explanation of the issue.
